September is Hunger Action Month

Here are a few things you can do to help fight hunger:

• Find Feeding America and ‘like’ them on Facebook. Then use their Food Bank Finder application to find and ‘like’ your local food bank.
• Share a hunger fact or one of our Hunger Action Month videos with your social networks.
• Go Orange on September 6^th. Wear orange or Go Orange digitally.

Coupons That Are Needed to Feed the Hungry

We are currently looking for the following types of Coupons for our Adopted Pantry.
These are things that we are currently purchasing on a weekly basis to help them with their community outreach and we hope that you can help.

• Tuna Helper or Hamburger Helper
• Canned Soup
• Canned or Pouched Tuna
• Canned Fruit
• Canned Vegetables
• Boxed Pasta Noodles
• Canned Pasta Sauce
• Chef Boy R D Canned Pasta
• Rice a Roni
• Baby Food
• Toiletries - Toothpaste, Soap etc.

We would prefer that you send the coupons already clipped in order to save on volunteer time. If this is not possible we can clip the coupons ourselves.
